DAY 12 - Favorite TV Series

I dunno...

When I was a lot younger, I saw a lot of Nickelodeon series... Icarly, Sam and Cat, Big Time Rush etc.

Really loved the lot.

But between then and now I haven't really many TV series.

I think Suits will count for a TV series. And if it does, then it'll be my favorite.

I just love the way the characters' lives are interwoven, the plot twists, the law talk (I've always admired that profession), the drama etc.

Each character had its own flaws and mega points, but altogether they were beautiful.

And Donna? OMG. 

She's gotta be my favorite movie character of the decade.

I was really hooked.

I just like the way the story was not tied around 'Mike and Rachel', the major stars in the movie.

That way, when the Duchess of Sussex left to fulfill her royal duties, the series went on for another two or three seasons at least.

It's okay that they dragged out bringing Harvey and Donna together until the very end, even though we all knew from the very beginning that they belonged together.

Jessica.

I admire her strength and elegance. Gina Torres portrayed that character so well...

The body language. The panache. The eloquence. Lol...even her intimidating height. She had it all.

For every Jessica though, there should be a Louis.

I think. 

I mean, what is life without a petty person every now and then? 😂 But Louis had a great heart though.

The fact that they saw themselves as a family, even though they were only related by work and lawsuits is classic.

I noticed I've not really said anything about the series itself. 

It's about a law firm in New York. Mike Ross who uses his photographic memory to talk his way into a job as an associate working for successful closer, Harvey Specter, despite being a college dropout who never attended law school (and to think that he walked into the interview by accident, and had a briefcase full of pot all the while).

That's like one the beginning scenes...

If you wanna know the full story, you gotta see for yourself.

(And no, I haven't spoiled it at all. The storyline is too juicy to be spoiled )
